Challenge

• The paratransit booking tool was outdated and not built for mobile devices.

My role

• Coached the product owner through designing a new multi-platform booking tool.
• Ran workshops to identify priorities and documented flows and functional analysis.
• Tested the work with users to validate and improve the product.
• Worked within an Agile team, closely with developers and the product owner.

Results

The Agile team delivered on time and on budget, and the platform's performance convinced two other transit agencies to join it.

Challenge

• Customer information tools were outdated (stm.info, etc.).
• Updates were difficult and costly, since mobile and desktop were two separate sites.

My role

• Defined UX priorities through workshops with a multidisciplinary team.
• Designed a responsive user experience — navigation, interfaces, data display.
• Tested the work with users to validate and improve the products.

Results

Makes key information easier to access and reduces maintenance costs, thanks to one experience across mobile and desktop.

Challenge

The City of Montréal runs dozens of digital services, built by different internal departments and external suppliers. A design system already existed, but was underused.

My role

Wrote clear, practical documentation — examples, step-by-step guides, dos and don'ts — covering UX best practices, a component library, and accessibility guidelines, ready to use in Figma.

Results

Internal departments and external suppliers began adopting the design system, backed by an AngularJS component library.

Challenge

Cyclists are always chasing better aerodynamics. Argon 18 built a bike sensor to measure a rider's drag, but setting it up and reading the data was too complex for most users.

My role

Designed the companion mobile app that guides riders through setting up the sensor and makes the data understandable.

Results

The app made the product easier to set up and use, helping its international commercialization.

Challenge

The client wanted to improve the online ticketing experience to drive more sales. Several stakeholders were involved — including the platform's vendor — but no one was sure how to improve it.

My role

• Ran a competitive analysis and heuristic evaluation.
• Facilitated a co-creation workshop to build a shared vision for the solution.
• Built several semi-functional prototypes to test different options.

Results

The workshop aligned stakeholders, and user testing helped cut development time while increasing delivered value.

Challenge

• The robotic arm had no system for easy configuration and control.
• It also had to support a wide range of use cases, from assistive technology to industrial applications.

My role

• Prioritized features using the Top Tasks method.
• Produced high-level wireframes to align stakeholders on the vision.
• Designed the interfaces within an Agile development team.

Results

Democratizes use of the robotic arm for an even wider range of applications, through the web app and a new development platform.
